Casual Cleaner
Regional Group Australia (RGA) is seeking an experienced and reliable Casual Cleaner for our quarry based at Bedford Weir, Blackwater, Queensland.
The cleaner must ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of office and all areas on site. Their main responsibilities include mopping, vacuuming, dusting, replenishing supplies in sanitation areas and removing waste.
Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces
- Selecting and using appropriate cleaning agents to remove stains from
surfaces - Applying soil-repellent chemicals and deodorisers to surfaces to remove
odours - Reordering cleaning supplies as needed
- Replenishing toiletries, such as toilet paper, paper towels and hand wash
- Using chemicals, solvents, high-pressure water cleaners and other cleaning
equipment, such as wet vacuums and other suction equipment - Adhering to health and safety guidelines and MGH polices/procedures
- Maintain a safe system of work in the workplace
- Approx 2-3 days per week
Required skills and experience:
- Full working rights in Australia
- Current drivers licence
- Great communications skills â written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal
supervision
